Before using Sykka and applying for a Sykka Card, you’ll need to complete identity verification.
Why Is Identity Verification Required?
Identity verification helps us confirm that your account belongs to you. It also helps protect Sykka and its users against fraud, identity theft, and other unauthorized activity.
What Information May Be Required?
During verification, you may be asked to provide:
Your personal information
A valid government-issued identity document
A selfie or liveness check
Additional information or documents when required
Make sure the information you submit is accurate and that your identity document is valid, clearly visible, and belongs to you.
What Happens After After Submission?
Your verification status will be displayed in the Sykka app. In some cases, you may be asked to correct information or provide additional documents before verification can be completed.
