Yes. Identity verification is required before you can withdraw — and before you can use most Sykka features, including opening a card. This is a regulatory requirement for licensed payment providers, and it also protects your account: it means only you can move your funds.
How long does it take?
Verification is usually completed within 30 minutes of submitting your documents. In some cases — for example if a document is unclear or additional checks are needed — it can take longer, and we'll let you know if we need anything else from you.

Proof of address, if required for your region
