Sykka cards can't be used for certain categories, including gambling and betting, adult content, and some financial services such as purchasing crypto or funding other wallets. These transactions are declined automatically, regardless of your balance or limits.
We restrict these categories to meet the requirements of our card network and licensing partners, and to protect the platform and our users from fraud and chargeback risk. This isn't a judgement on the merchant — it's a condition of being able to offer the card at all.
If you attempt a payment in one of these categories, it will show as declined in the Sykka app with the reason "Merchant category not supported."
