No. Once your account is closed, your card is permanently cancelled and there's no account for a refund to be credited to. Any refund a merchant sends to your old card after closure will be rejected and returned to the merchant — it won't reach you.
Before you close your account
If you're expecting a refund from a merchant, wait until it has arrived in your Sykka balance before closing. This includes returns you've shipped but that haven't been processed yet.
If a merchant sends a refund after you've closed
Contact the merchant directly and ask them to issue the refund by another method, such as store credit or a transfer to a different card or bank account. Sykka isn't able to receive or forward the funds on your behalf.
