If you suspect that your Sykka Card details have been exposed or used by someone else, freeze your card immediately.
Freeze Your Card
Open the Sykka app.
Go to Card.
Select your Sykka Card.
Tap Freeze Card.
Freezing your card prevents new transactions while you check what happened. If you confirm that your card details are secure, you can unfreeze the card in the app and continue using it.
If necessary, delete the compromised card and apply for a new one.
Deleting a card is permanent. A deleted card cannot be restored.
Review Your Recent Transactions
Review your recent card transactions and check for any payments you do not recognize.
If you find an unauthorized transaction, contact Sykka Support immediately through the in-app chat and provide the relevant transaction details.
Never share your full card number, security code, PIN, expiry date, or verification codes with anyone.
