Can I restore a deleted Sykka card?
No. Once a card is deleted, it's permanently cancelled and can't be reactivated. This is for your security — a cancelled card number should never be able to come back into use, whether by you or anyone who may have had access to it.
What happens to your balance
Deleting a card doesn't affect your funds. Your balance stays in your Sykka account and is available for your next card.
Getting a new card
If you need a new card, delete your current card and apply for a new one in the Sykka app. A card issuance fee may apply. Your new card will have different card details, so remember to update any subscriptions or saved payment methods.
Before you delete a card
If you're deleting because of a suspicious transaction, or you just want to pause spending, freeze the card instead. Freezing is instant and reversible — you can unfreeze it anytime in the app.
