If someone you invited does not appear on your Referrals page, there are a few possible reasons.
They Didn’t Use Your Referral Link or Code
Your friend must sign up using your referral link or enter your referral code during registration. If they registered without either of these, their account will not be linked to you.
A referral code cannot be added after the account has been created.
Their Referral Record Is Still Being Processed
It may take up to 72 hours for a new referral to appear on your Referrals page. If your friend has just registered, please check again later.
There's a processing delay
It can take up to 72 hours for a new referral appear on your page. If your friend just signed up , give it a little time.
Still Not Showing?
If your friend used your referral link or code and the record still does not appear after 72 hours, contact Sykka Support through the in-app chat. Please provide any relevant screenshots or referral details available to you, but do not share your friend’s password or verification codes.
