A pending status is normal and usually means one of two things:
We're processing it
Every withdrawal goes through a security check before it's sent to the blockchain. This is typically quick, but larger withdrawals, first-time withdrawals to a new address, or unusual patterns may take longer while our team reviews them. If we need anything from you, we'll contact you through the app.
The network is busy
Once we've broadcast the transaction, it has to be confirmed by the blockchain. During periods of high demand — for example when Ethereum gas fees spike — confirmations can take longer than usual. This is outside our control and resolves on its own.
What to do
Check the withdrawal in the Sykka app. If it shows a transaction hash (TXID), it's already on the blockchain and just waiting for confirmations — you can track it on a block explorer. If there's no TXID yet, it's still with us.
