How to Make a Withdrawal
Open the Sykka app, go to Asset, Select Withdraw
Choose the stablecoin you want to withdraw.
Select the blockchain network.
Enter or paste the recipient’s wallet address.
Enter the withdrawal amount and the pasted wallet address.
Review the recipient address, network, withdrawal fee, and final amount
Select Confirm to submit your withdrawal.
Complete the required security verification.
Check the withdrawal status in your transaction history.
Once the transaction has been submitted to the blockchain, You can also use the transaction hash to track it on the relevant blockchain explorer.
Important
Make sure the recipient address supports the selected stablecoin and network.
Double-check all withdrawal details before confirming.
The minimum withdrawal amount and network fee will be displayed before confirmation.
Processing times may vary depending on security checks and network conditions.
Note
Once a withdrawal has been submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Sykka can still assist with checking the transaction status, but cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or through an unsupported network.
