Most withdrawals arrive within 10–30 minutes, but the exact time depends on a few factors.
Sykka processing
Once you confirm a withdrawal, we run a quick security check before broadcasting it to the blockchain. This is usually near-instant. Larger or unusual withdrawals may take longer while our team reviews them, and we may ask you to verify the request.
Supported Cryptocurrencies and Networks
USDT: Ethereum (ERC-20) ; TRON (TRC-20)
USDC: Ethereum (ERC-20)
Network confirmation
After the transaction is broadcast, it needs to be confirmed on the blockchain. Typical times:
Tron (TRC-20): 1–3 minutes
Ethereum (ERC-20): 2–15 minutes, longer during congestion
Times can stretch when a network is congested.
Receiving platform
If you're withdrawing to an exchange, the exchange decides how many confirmations it needs before crediting your account — often more than the network minimum. Check the exchange's deposit page for their requirement; this is frequently the longest part of the wait.
How to check your withdrawal
Open the withdrawal in the Sykka app to see its status and the transaction hash (TXID). Paste the TXID into a block explorer such as Tronscan / Etherscan to see whether it's been confirmed on-chain
Processing — still be under review, waiting to be broadcast to the blockchain, or waiting for network confirmation.
Completed — confirmed on-chain. If the funds haven't shown at the destination, contact the receiving platform with the TXID.
Failed — The withdrawal either did not pass Sykka’s security checks before being submitted to the blockchain or failed after being submitted on-chain
If it's been more than 2 hours
Contact our support team via in-app chat with the TXID and destination address, and we'll investigate.
