You can view the status and details of your crypto withdrawals in the Sykka app.
Open the Sykka app.
Go to Asset.
Tap Transaction History.
Select the withdrawal you want to view
The withdrawal details include:
Withdrawal amount and currency
Selected network
Withdrawal address
Network fee
Withdrawal status
Transaction ID (TxID)
Submission time
Once the withdrawal has been submitted to the blockchain, you can use the TxID to check its confirmation status on the relevant blockchain explorer.
If you have questions about a withdrawal, contact Sykka Support and provide the TxID.
