Where can I see the PIN for my Sykka card?
Your Sykka virtual card doesn't have a PIN. PINs are used for physical cards at in-store terminals and ATMs; virtual cards don't need one.
What to use instead
Online purchases: Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV from the Card tab in the app. Some merchants will also ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code sent to your app or phone.
In-store via Apple Pay or Google Pay: Your device's Face ID, fingerprint or passcode replaces the PIN. If a terminal asks for a PIN after a wallet payment, it's usually because the amount is above the contactless limit — try a smaller amount or a different terminal.
Physical cards
When physical cards launch, you'll be able to view and set your PIN in the Sykka app. We'll announce this in the app and on our official channels.
