Your Sykka Card can be used for online purchases, subscriptions, and contactless payments. Make sure your account has sufficient available balance before making a payment.
Online Purchases
When paying online or in an app:
Select card payment at checkout.
Enter your card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder name exactly as shown in the Sykka app.
Provide the required billing information.
Complete any required payment verification.
Contactless Payments
Add your Sykka Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to make contactless payments with a compatible device.
Apple Pay: At checkout, double-click the side button on an iPhone with Face ID, or double-Click the Home button on an iPhone with Touch ID. Authenticate your payment, then hold your device near the contactless payment terminal.
Google Pay: At checkout, unlock your device and hold it near the contactless payment terminal. Complete device verification if prompted.
Subscriptions
You can use your Sykka Card for subscriptions and recurring payments wherever Mastercard is accepted. Enter your card details as the payment method and make sure your account has sufficient balance when each payment is processed.
You can view your card payments on the Card page in the Sykka app.
Security Reminder
Never share your full card number, security code, PIN, or verification codes with anyone. Keeping your card details secure helps protect your funds.
Sykka staff will never ask you to provide this information.
